Lienhardt-Jeglum Realty is located in New Glarus, WI. Referred to as "America's Little Switzerland", because of the similarities to Glarus, Switzerland with their rolling hills, farms, wooded pastures, and grazing cattle. The community
was established in 1845, when during a time of severe economic conditions
in Kanton Glarus, Switzerland, the Glarus Emigration Society sent
scouts to locate new lands in America. The scouts established their
new home here in southwestern Wisconsin and called it "New Glarus."
